Skip the Staples: Please leave your pages loose. DO NOT use staples anywhere in your packet.
Make Your Essay Count: Focus on your long-term career goals, why you want to be a leader in the active services, and what internally motivates you.
Show Your Grit: You can submit more than three letters of recommendation. Find recommenders who can explicitly speak to your determination, resilience, and ability to handle tough challenges.
