March for Peace!

Zilker's March for Peace is an annual No Place for Hate community tradition!  Leading up to the march, teachers and students have a chance to talk with one another about what peace means to them, how they can contribute to a peaceful school and society, and create posters showing what they are marching for. 

From 8-8:30 on April 4th, students, teachers and families will meet on the back soccer field for a short gathering, sing our Teaching Peace song, and then march around the school.  We will end at the front of the school around 8:30 and students will then return to class. If you would like to attend, please RSVP here!

Spring Fling!

Spring Fling tickets are now on sale! Spring Fling will take place on Friday, April 11 at The Highball.

iKids U offers a variety of onsite after-school enrichment and care at Zilker Elementary. Students have the opportunity to participate in engaging, hands-on, STEAM based, recreational and creative activities until 6:00 PM, including Junior Chefs, Art, Brain Games, Junior Science, Chess, Drama, Martial Arts, Sports and One-on-One Tutoring services!
