Good Evening Wooten Parents,

I hope you are all doing well. We had such a great week and things are going great at Wooten. 

We are having many students out sick so this is a reminder to enter sick notes here. We can help you in the office clear our sick days. 

We will continue TELPAS testing this week starting on Wednesday 4th and 5th on Thursday. They have been doing such a great job showing off their English.  We will have a PTO/CAC meeting at 3:30 today.

Finally we cap the week off with movie night in the cafeteria on Friday from 5-7, the last one was a MAJOR success. Big thanks to SPED contributing some love on Thursday, those were some delicious snacks. 

We have TELPAS testing the next two weeks please do not have lunch with your students these days and encourage your students to use their English well. See the TELPAS schedule below.

Reminder not to share food with students in the cafeteria as they have allergies. 

We are proud of Wooten's soccer team for winning their game this weekend. 

Also we are selling "I Love Wooten So Much Shirts" in the office for 15 dollars, please come buy one.

Buenas noches, padres de Wooten.

Espero que estén bien. Tuvimos una semana fantástica y todo va de maravilla en Wooten.

Muchos estudiantes están enfermos, así que les recordamos que deben registrar sus justificantes de enfermedad aquí. Podemos ayudarles en la oficina a compensar nuestros días de baja.

Review the flyer below for more information on GT services and how to make a referral. 

Things to know:

• Anyone may make a referral for any student. 

• Any caregiver with a referred student will be asked to complete an observation form.

• All 2nd graders are screened in late September/early October, no referral needed.

• If a child is already receiving services in some areas, they can still be referred to qualify for services in other areas.
