A Letter from Ms. Bedford

Hello Smallville,

I just have to take a moment to brag about our incredible Cougars. Every day, I’m blown away by their talents, their drive, and the way they represent what it means to be a Cougar!

Our Fine Arts students have truly outdone themselves! Whether they're performing on stage, creating beautiful artwork, or mastering a musical piece, they never cease to amaze me. I also want to give a huge shout-out to our Small Football, Cross Country, and Volleyball teams! These athletes have poured their hearts into every game this season. Our 8th-grade Football team gave us back our bragging rights by beating the Gorzycki Tigers. Whether they were winning or learning from challenges, they always played with grit, determination, and Cougar pride. I couldn’t be prouder of how they’ve represented us on the field.

I love catching up with our Cougars about all the amazing things they’re working on, and I can’t wait to see what they’ll accomplish next.  I've had the chance to chat with so many of them about their projects, and their passion is contagious. It’s a real joy hearing about their progress and the creative ideas they’re bringing to life! They remind me every day why this Cougar community is so special.

As always, thank you for your continued support. Let’s keep cheering on our Cougars. They are doing amazing things!

Have an amazing weekend!

Stay Present Cougars,

Bedford

Art Club Survey

shirt

Art Club is an organization that exists for all Clint Small students of all ages- whether they are enrolled in art or not. Art Club allows students to work on class-related materials OR have access to art supplies if their schedules are too full to accommodate an art elective. Funding for Art Club is separate from classes so the group will be launching a hoodie fund raising campaign soon. We would like to survey parents and students of the CSMS Community about which hoodie you would consider purchasing if one of the three proposed designs were printed.

Please click here to participate.

  • Affordable bi-weekly or monthly plans.

  • Want to save up and pay in lump sums as you go? You can choose to do that too.

  • Free personal fundraising page for your student!

  • Earn $1,000 EF scholarship!

These two itineraries were picked with a lot of thought put into them. Students (and adults!) will get to see so many iconic places on tour, including a great number of World Heritage Sites. The hands-on experiences chosen are great as well, the landmarks we'll visit, and the sights you'll see are all world-class: From the Island of Capri "faraglione" to the Acropolis, to swimming on Heraklion beaches in Crete, to stepping on Kyoto's most amazing temple - a national treasure itself, to visiting technology museums in Tokyo and Japanese gardens in Osaka, walking in the steps of Gladiators in the Colosseum and Roman Forum, or learning about how Pompeii got buried in ashes with Mount Vesuvius in the background, or stepping into Delphi and learning about oracles in Greece, it's going to be amazing!
