FINAL PRINCIPAL UPDATE — What a Year, Mustangs!
Dear Mustang Families and Caregivers,
Mustangs,
It’s hard to believe we’ve reached the finish line of another school year — and what a fabulous year it has been! From the first-day jitters to the final high-fives in the hallway, our students, staff, and families have truly made 2024–2025 a year to remember.
As we close out the year, we’re looking forward to celebrating in true Mustang style. On the last day of school — Thursday, May 29, we’ll come together for Mustang Day, a campus-wide celebration filled with spirit, connection, and pride. We’ll also honor our incredible 8th grade class during their Recognition and Promotion Ceremony — a milestone moment we’re proud to share with our students and their families.
A few important reminders as we wrap up:
There is no school on Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.
The last day to submit assignments is Tuesday, May 27. Encourage your Mustang to check in with their teachers and finish strong.
All Chromebooks and chargers must be turned in no later than Wednesday, May 28. Please ensure your student brings both to campus.
If your Mustang is returning next year, please be sure to complete the online enrollment process as soon as possible. We need this information to build schedules and ensure your child has a smooth start to the 2025–2026 school year.
Thank you to every student, parent, teacher, and staff member who helped make this a meaningful and memorable year. Your support and dedication are what make O. Henry such a special place.
Wishing you all a restful, joyful, and safe summer break.
With Mustang pride!
