New Digital Attedance Protocols- Effective August 2025
Beginning in August of the 2025-2026 school year, we will be implementing new digital protocols for student absence reporting.
All student absence notes must be submited via the AISD Report Absence.
Doctor Notes: We will continue to accept paper notes from medical providers, but just note that those can also be uploaded as a picture.
Guidelines for reporting absences: To ensure an absence is excused, please follow these requirements:
Submit the absence note within 48 hrs upon return to school.
Govalle allows for 8 total parent notes for the school year.
Thank you for your support in helping us steamline our attendance procedures.
RAPTOR Safe Visitor Protocols
- All visitors are required to present valid identification and undergo a background check through the Raptor system. To streamline the process, visitors can download the RAPTOR SAFE app on their smartphones, which allows for ID bypass.
- Visitors must be listed in the student’s Frontline profile to gain access to the student and campus facilities.
- The campus reserves the right to restrict visitor access during certain events. Advance notice will be provided in such cases.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.
