Welcome Back! The New School Year is Here!
Can you believe it? Summer went by so fast, and I’m excited to start another great year with you all! We’ve missed you, and I can’t wait to see what this year has in store—new friends, new lessons, and lots of fun.
As we get ready for school, I want to remind everyone to keep some routines—like regular bedtimes and wake-up times—so everyone feels ready and happy to learn. Here are some ideas:
Suggested Bedtime Routine:
- Aim for a bedtime around 8:30-9:00 PM to get plenty of rest.
- Turn off screens at least 30 minutes before bed.
- Read a book or talk about the day to wind down.
Suggested Morning Routine:
- Wake up around 6:30-7:00 AM to start the day fresh.
- Eat a healthy breakfast to fuel your body and brain.
- Get dressed and ready for the day ahead.
- Review any homework or school supplies needed.
It’s a good idea to set these routines early so everyone feels prepared and confident. This year is a fresh start, and I hope it’s full of curiosity, kindness, and new adventures. Let’s work together to make it the best one yet!
Here’s to an exciting year ahead. I’m so happy to be part of your journey—let’s make it a fantastic one!
Warmly,
Ms. Espinoza
