Bear Families,
Students will begin the Human Sexuality and Responsibility Unit in their science classes beginning on May 11th. Your student's science teacher has emailed and/or posted a link to the digital permission form in BLEND. Please be sure to complete this form to opt your child into learning this curriculum. Students who do not have a completed form will be automatically opted out. You may opt your child in/out to all or some of the lessons. If you would like to view this curriculum it can be accessed on the AISD website using this link: https://www.austinisd.org/pe-health/health-education/hsr.
Additionally, if you would like to ask specific questions about how this curriculum will be taught you may join this Google Meet any time between 5:30 and 6:00 pm on 5/6 to get the answers you need. You do not need to stay on for the entire meeting. Once you have asked your question(s) you may log off.
