It’s time for our current 6th and 7th grade Bailey Bears to select courses for next school year! Please review the resources below and complete the electronic Universal Choice Sheet (Google Form), which is the official course request form. Choice Sheet Due: Wednesday, February 18

What to Know:

The Google Choice Sheet is the official form. Paper forms may be used as a planning worksheet.

If the form is submitted more than once, the most recent submission will be considered the official preferences.

If course requests are incomplete or are missing, counselors will select courses for the student.

Note: some courses require prerequisites or teacher approval and may not appear on the form.
