Bailey Families,

We did it—Week 1 of the school year is officially in the books!

It has been a fantastic start and I want to take a moment to thank you for helping make the first week a smooth and successful one. Your support, patience, and encouragement at home have made a real difference as our students adjusted to new routines, new teachers, and in many cases, a brand-new school environment.

Walking the halls this week, I saw a lot of bright smiles, heard plenty of thoughtful questions, and witnessed students already beginning to build connections with their peers and teachers. Transitions can be challenging, especially in middle school, but your children have shown resilience, curiosity, and kindness.

Our teachers and staff have worked hard to create welcoming, engaging classrooms and to ensure that every student feels seen, safe, and supported. From finding their way around the school to learning the "Bailey way" of doing things, your children are learning quickly—and we’re here to guide them every step of the way.

Looking ahead, we’re excited about what this year holds. You can expect this newsletter weekly, and we welcome your communication and partnership. If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to check in, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
